The ideal team member will be able to participate in both customer support functions along with system designs and testing.  Having the ability and background to work with our customers and translate needs into application specifcations is a must.

Strong verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners at all levels are important for your success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Application Support to Decision Critical’s Clients
  • Develop functional specifications for application components
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure retention of revenue and client referrals based off superior client satisfaction
  • Assimilate detailed product knowledge and be able to train clients on each application and eventually provide demonstrations for potential customers.
  • Ensure client issues are resolved, communicated and closed in line with the specified delivery period
  • Perform testing of new application functions and features against specifications.  Develop, refine and document test plans.  Identify and communicate testing issues.
  • Develop customer application help utilizing help authoring software

Skills / Experience:

  • BS in nursing or related field
  • 2 years of clinical experience
  • Ability to work independently from limited high-level direction
  • Detail oriented
  • Familiarity with web sites, web applications and utilization of the Internet

Competitive Candidates will also have:
