Lead Generation Specialist
Decision Critical Inc. is looking for highly motivated sales people who are goal oriented with exceptional customer service skills. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will make outbound calls to non-profit prospects with the primary objective uncovering sales opportunities for Decision Critical’s SaaS based products and services. Success in this role requires an inquisitive nature with the ability to engage decision makers (Director, VP, and even C-Level) through creative and direct marketing campaigns. This position uses a phone and computer for 95% of the day. The position has a high-impact contribution to the company’s success by filling the sales pipeline and distributing qualified leads to Account Executives. This position will report to the Director of Sales and will be located in our corporate office in Austin, TX.
Individuals who are selected to join our elite team are required to:
- Gain valuable knowledge of our products and services through initial and ongoing training
- Make 50-100 outbound calls daily to from our internal database
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual lead generation objectives
- Identify customer needs with the intent of promoting and selling Decision Critical products and services
- Schedule appointments for Account Executive team
- Send relevant written sales materials and resources to prospective clients
- Append and maintain accurate account and contact data from our internal database
Preferred Qualifications:
The most successful Lead Generation Specialists have some or all of the following skills and/or experience:
- 2-5 years lead generation/outbound sales experience
- Demonstrated success in a competitive outbound sales environment
- Demonstrated success in a call center environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze communications and manage timelines
- Advanced knowledge of PC applications and internet
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
- SaaS experience a plus
