The role of the new Director of Business Development will be to take our market penetration to the next level. We are not looking for a sales person to sell “vaporware” but someone who can build a sales structure to support a significantly expanded, satisfied customer base.
The ideal candidate for this challenging and exciting position will have a keen understanding of the healthcare industry, technology and e-learning, and be able to communicate our business model to future clients and alliance partners in a compelling manner.
The successful individual will have:
- A minimum of seven years' sales/business development experience and a proven track record in the sale of healthcare software;
- A deep “Rolodex”, representing a wealth of C-level healthcare contacts interested in hearing our story and how we can assist their business;
- A reputation for developing and maintaining alliance partnerships, and the ability to build on DCI's existing relationships;
- High standards of ethics and integrity, and the willingness to demonstrate our patient-centric through both words and actions.
