As more hospitals start to look at how they can transform themselves with an emphasis on delivering a higher quality of care to their patients, they are looking to Decision Critical for assistance in helping to train, evaluate and assess their teams. The tools offered by the company let hospitals keep the training of their nursing staff up to date and their facility in compliance. A key benefit cited by Midland is that the DCI tools help in dramatically reducing the time and resources it takes to generate their regular reporting requirements for their Magnet designation. Something which often requires a full time resource months to compile in order for the hospital keep the designation.
