Robert “Bob” Bacon joins Decision Critical

Decision Critical is proud to welcome Bob Bacon to the management team as the Vice President of Business Development.

Bob brings more than 25 years of sales and business development experience to Decision Critical. He has successfully led sales and marketing teams and has taken the lead in several public offerings and merger transactions. Bob’s work has taken him around the world opening new markets for products and services.

International Nursing Honor Society selects Decision Critical Founder & CEO to serve on Foundation Board

The International Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau, has selected Decision Critical’s Founder & CEO, Dr. Kenneth Dion, to serve as a trustee on their Foundation Board.

“The Sigma Theta Tau International Foundation board of directors are entrusted with protecting the Foundation’s  assets and actively raising support for research grants and professional development resources that the Honor Society provides to nurses who are improving health around the world, “ said Dr. Suzanne Prevost, President, STTI, in appointing Ken Dion to the Foundation’s board of directors. “With his background as a successful nurse entrepreneur and nursing advocate, we are excited that Dr. Dion has accepted our invitation to serve as a member of the Foundation’s board of directors.”

“I am proud to have the opportunity for serve such a prestigious organization. The work of  the Sigma Theta Tau Foundation influences the practice of nursing and patient outcomes around the globe, “Said Dion.  Dr. Dion will serve as a trustee through 2015.

Decision Critical Founder and CEO inducted into the UCF Knightingale Society

Dr. Kenneth Dion was inducted into the University of Central Florida (UCF) Knightingale Nursing Society.  The Knightingale Society recognizes a special group of individuals that have shown a strong commitment to nursing through their personal dedication and involvement.  Dr. Dion and Decision Critical have been strong supporters over the years of nursing and the quality education UCF provides nursing students. “If it were not for the excellent nursing education I received at UCF, I would not have had the opportunities that have lead to a wonderful career in Nursing,” said Dion.

2011 Knightingale Inductees

The UCF School of Nursing became the College of Nursing in 2008 under the tenure of Dean. Jean Leuner. It has grown to become the second largest nursing program in Florida. Currently, twenty five hundred students are seeking degrees at the College of Nursing. From the regional campuses across Central Florida to the new home of the College of Nursing on the Orlando Campus, the UCF College of Nursing provides state of the art facilities and education to the future nurses of the region and beyond. “We are truly proud to support such a prestigious organization, said Dion.
